3.2 Why Video Proof is Required
Video evidence is crucial because:

3.3 Review & Approval

Once we receive your email and video proof, our team will carefully review the footage within 2–4 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

5. Shipping Charges on Refunds

In case of cancellation before dispatch, no shipping cost will be charged.

If a customer refuses a shipment without reason or required proof, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
