5. Shipping & Delivery

• Once an order is shipped, Neroli Jewels is not liable for delays beyond our control, including courier or customs issues.

• If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist with tracking and support but cannot guarantee compensation unless covered under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

• No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or size preference.

• Defects or Wrong Item: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email nerolijewels@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with continuous unboxing video proof.

• Approved claims will be eligible for a full refund or replacement, as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

To prolong the life of your jewellery:

• Keep items dry and store them in the provided pouch.

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, or water.

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Neroli Jewels is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or wear and tear after delivery.
