Yes — we offer easy refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
When you’re eligible for a refund or replacement
If the product you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, you can choose a full refund or a replacement (replacement subject to stock availability). To qualify, please submit the unboxing video proofdescribed in Section 3 along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
A reassurance about quality
We operate with limited runs and careful inspection — and we often send a short product video before you pay (“BOOK FOR FREE. PAY AFTER WE SEND YOU A VIDEO OF THE PRODUCT.”). Because of this model and our packing checks, the chance of receiving a wrong or defective item is very low. If something still goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
What we don’t accept
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of the design, size preference, or accidental orders.
Why we don’t take exchanges or general returns
As a small, independent brand we work with limited stock and tight runs to keep prices fair and maintain quality. That means we can’t restock returned items or hold alternate sizes/designs for exchanges, and return shipping can be prohibitively expensive. Accepting general returns would compromise our ability to offer handcrafted/curated products at the prices you see.
How to make a claim

Record a short unboxing video showing the package and the item(s) inside (see Section 3).

Email our support with your order number, the video, and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll review and respond with the next steps — refund or replacement — as soon as possible.
